 How to Use Your Candle Carousel

A few simple steps and your carousel is ready to spin. Assembly takes less than a minute — no tools required.

Assembly

1. Insert the support rod. Slot the flat head of the support rod into the hole in the base, ensuring the rod is oriented correctly.
2. Add the fan blade. Rest the fan blade gently on top of the support rod so it balances freely and turns with the slightest touch.
3. Hang the ornaments. Tie or hook each hanging ornament onto the rotating fan blade, spacing them evenly so the carousel stays balanced.

Lighting it

• Base version: Place a small tea light inside the base, then light it. The rising heat will set the carousel turning.
• Bottom-cover version: Stand the assembled carousel directly over a tea light and light the candle.

Give it a moment — once the flame burns evenly and a steady flow of warm air rises, the blades begin to spin, and your ornaments take flight.

Good to know

• Rotation speed varies with the season and room temperature — this is completely normal.
• On first use, wait for the candle to settle into an even burn before the carousel picks up speed.
• In an air-conditioned or draughty room, the temperature difference can slow the spin. Try repositioning the support rod slightly to help.
